Abstract
A revised text of the Medieval Latin poem, The Council of Remiremont, is presented, together with an English translation. The manuscripts of the Council are described and plates provided. Attention is given to the history of the abbey of Remiremont. Questions of authorship, locale, and dating are discussed, with special regard to the proper names mentioned in the work. The style and metrics of the poem are studied and a full index verborum is furnished. ^
